This is a vintage silk pajama loungewear set from the 1930s/1940s in a hard to find larger size. Made in Japan. Red silk with a Chinoiserie chrysanthemum print. Blouse has short sleeves and v-neck with snap. Pants have a beautiful floral print waistband with elastic in the back and little pockets in front. 

The set is in very good condition. There are just a few spots here and there. The blouse has a few tiny specs under one arm and two smudges under the bust see top images of last photo. Pants have a few specks on side of leg and a smudge on the pocket, see bottom images on last photo.

Measurements are approximate, taken flat and doubled where necessary. Shown on a size 4 US dress form and not clipped.
