Beautiful antique silk satin kimono from the late teens to 1920. Made of pale green silk satin and lined in aqua silk crepe, it is embroidered front and back with silver clouds and two giant dragons. The hem is lightly padded with spun silk batting.

This kimono is in quite good condition considering the age. There are a few light spots on the lower lapel and up near the neck. The embroidery cording has come loose in several places but could be easily repaired by someone with such expertise. See the last photo for these images.

It has been professionally dry cleaned and would make a vibrant display piece.
